Capabilities

• Read and classify inbox emails (actionable/info/skip)
• Summarize email threads
• Draft professional replies and compose new emails
• Extract action items and deadlines
• Export digests to markdown
• Flag spam and move emails to folders
• Manage folders (list, create, delete)
• Download and list email attachments
• Extract calendar events from ICS attachments and add to Apple Calendar

Workflow

1. Scan - List recent unread emails
2. Classify - Triage each email (actionable/info/skip)
3. Summarize - One-sentence summary per email
4. Act - For actionable emails:
   • Draft reply (present for approval, never auto-send)
   • Extract deadlines and todos
   • Flag or move as appropriate
5. Report - Present digest with stats

Safety Rules

• NEVER send emails without explicit user confirmation
• NEVER delete emails (only flag/move)
• NEVER access emails from other accounts without permission
• Always show draft before sending
• Always ask before bulk operations (>5 emails)
