Token-efficient, drift-resistant code reads. grep finds, code-map read reads. Ships the code-map retrieval-routing skill (prevents the discovery double-call: grep to find AND read on top), reinforced by a PreToolUse hook that re-injects the routing rule when a long session drifts back to grep/cat.
