This directory is a multi-host, polyglot plugin (Claude Code + Codex + Antigravity). It's a static plugin — skills, agents, and manifests only — so it runs on any machine with no extra binaries.

Install

Claude Code

From a repo pushed to GitHub (this tree ships its own .claude-plugin/marketplace.json):

claude plugin marketplace add <github-owner>/<repo>
claude plugin install byoh-paper-whisperer-v2@byoh-paper-whisperer-v2

For a local checkout, run claude plugin marketplace add /path/to/this-dir and then the same install command.

Codex

Structure

The single source of truth is skills/ + agents/ at the root. Each host reads these through its own manifest (.claude-plugin/, .codex-plugin/, the root plugin.json for agy), and .claude/, .gemini/, .codex/ hold skills/agents symlinks for project-local use. Note: symlinks require a checkout that supports them (enable core.symlinks on Windows).
