How It Works

1. Config resolution — merges .backend-agent.json, directory mapping, and auto-detection
2. Governance check — enforces approved languages, mandatory guidelines, and LSP availability
3. Guidelines ingestion — three-layer merge (plugin defaults < team guidelines < per-invocation overrides)
4. Language routing — delegates to the correct language module's skills
5. LSP integration — type-checks before, during, and after coding
6. Code review + tests — runs language-aware review and test generation before completion

How It Works

7. Accessibility review — WCAG compliance checks on every task (always on)
8. i18n review — internationalization checks (opt-in via config)
