评分前,先建立客户定位简报。它提供:
客户竞争的不是服务广度,而是跨两个 poles 持有某种特定 tension。维度权重反映该护城河。两个维度——tension poles——要分别评分,永不平均,因为客户的战略问题正是竞争者能否同时做到两者。
权重引导综合重点,不用于单一 blended score(避免虚假复合指标——见 Bias controls)。总和 = 100%。
每个分数都要绑定可观察证据。下面是通用描述;按具体维度调整,但保持层级含义一致。
从客户 positioning brief 读取轴标签和 1/3/5 anchors。例如 memorability × credibility tension:
把竞品 plot 到 tension 2×2 上。客户 target quadrant 在 positioning brief 中命名。谁也在该象限,是 benchmark 最重要发现。
对每个竞品,按以下顺序处理维度(先找最便宜信号):
每个维度记录什么: 分数、一行理由、让它获得该分数的 source link/screenshot。没有证据就没有分数。
每个已画像竞品产出一张 card——这是报告组装的原子单位:
