List changes: openspec list - Show active changes
List specs: openspec list --specs - Show available specifications
Validate: openspec validate [item] --strict - Validate changes or specs
Show details: openspec show [item] - Display a change or spec
Archive: openspec archive [change-id] - Archive a completed change
